This web based program is reflective of the new learning model featuring short and tightly focused skilling sessions delivered to individuals that need it at the right time. We provide important input into the programs by helping learners take advantage of peer interactions and discussions during the live training/coaching sessions.

We coach learners on how to ask constructive questions and encourage them to share different work scenarios and coach them on seeing it from multiple perspectives. Our foundations program has been carefully developed and designed to build on each skill over a period of six modules. Participants also receive recordings of the sessions as well as video files, handout sheets, skilling templates and fieldwork.

1. Managing self and others using the MBTI

Participants will gain an understanding of their own personality profile and it’s impacts on others.

How their preferences influence their communication style, decision making and their orientation to dead lines and time frames.

2. Managing Team Performance

Participants will learn how to identify and manage the key elements of a team’s performance. These include:

3. Giving and Receiving feedback

Participants will understand the 9 different types of feedback and their impact. They will also learn the specific steps needed to give constructive feedback to individuals in a team environment.

4. Managing Conflict

Participants will learn how to recognise, prevent and manage conflict within a team. Participants will also learn the 10 personal strategies for dealing with conflict and how to prepare and execute a difficult conversation.

5. Facilitation and Presentation

Participants will learn the key skills of effective facilitation and presentation.  Participants will also learn the fundamental facilitation strategies needed to enable key outcomes in a team environment.
